Description
This is an enterprise level application that will be used by the analysts and vendors to get shipment notifications that will be tagged to POs. This will work as a data validation tool that will validate the ASN data before it goes through other systems like order management or fulfilment systems (including all WMS in network) to report errors found in data to vendors to provide corrected transitions assuring data integrity. It also has a data aggregation capability that can draw together EDI data, purchase order data and receipt data.
The main aim of this tool is to ensure data integrity and accuracy in shipment notifications to prevent errors, delays, and inefficiencies in order management and fulfilment processes.

Replenishment Analyst will be our primary user of the tool. To understand them better we mapped out a day in life to understand their daily activities with regards to the work they have to do. This helped us envision their important tasks.

We created a few ideation wireframes after discussions with the BA and our client.

The dashboard was intentionally designed to help users access the information easily at a glance, prioritising clarity and concision.
Testing Summary
This screen shows a list of purchase orders. The design of this screen needed to be clear and concise with appropriate filters and pagination so user can scroll through multiple pages easily.

In this page the content needed to be divided in a tab format to divide the data in groups of easy coherence. Proper labels have been used that makes it easy for user to navigate around the information required.
